The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies on the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency reported it really is alarmed regarding the superior variety of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a superior variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office committed to service the area on a daily basis. The provider issue produced for intervention activities a superior influx of prospective beneficiaries, that makes it complicated for the office to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra resources to permit the servicing of all buyers and maximize access to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
